FreeFrame and Frame.io are fastest — nothing uploads from your machine, we pull it straight from the share. On a FreeFrame link, turn on Allow downloads when you create it — without it we only get the streaming player, which can't be analysed. Google Drive works too — a single file or a whole folder — but it's slower, and it has to be shared (Share → Anyone with the link) or we can't open it. Dragging the file in is slowest — big files go up in pieces over your own connection, so a 300 MB clip can take a few minutes. Same feedback either way; only the waiting differs.
Long or heavy cuts — a VSL, anything past a few hundred MB — paste the FreeFrame or Frame.io link rather than dragging the file. The link is pulled straight from source, so there is no size ceiling and the craft score always runs.
